Modern Slavery Statement
Our organization is committed to preventing modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labor, child labor, and all forms of exploitation across our operations and supply chains. This modern slavery statement sets out the principles, controls, and responsibilities that guide our approach. We recognize that slavery and trafficking are severe violations of human rights and that a zero-tolerance stance is essential. Our commitment applies to all employees, contractors, agency workers, and business partners involved in delivering our services and products.
We maintain a clear zero-tolerance policy toward any practice that may enable exploitation. This includes direct abuse, debt bondage, deceptive recruitment, withholding of identity documents, and restrictions on freedom of movement. All colleagues are expected to act with integrity, uphold lawful employment practices, and intervene when risks are identified. We require managers to ensure that hiring, onboarding, pay, working hours, and disciplinary processes are fair, transparent, and compliant with applicable laws.
Our anti-slavery statement is supported by internal governance, training, and oversight. Relevant staff receive guidance on identifying warning signs, escalating concerns, and maintaining appropriate records. We also embed responsible business conduct into procurement and onboarding activities so that the expectations set out in this statement are understood from the outset.
Supplier management is central to our approach. We conduct supplier audits based on risk, geography, industry, and service type to assess labor practices, subcontracting controls, recruitment methods, and wage compliance. Where heightened risks exist, we may request documentary evidence, site visits, remediation plans, or enhanced monitoring. Suppliers must cooperate fully with audit activity and demonstrate that they share our commitment to ethical employment and safe working conditions.
We apply a risk-based due diligence process before engaging suppliers and throughout the life of the relationship. This process includes reviewing policies, labor standards, ownership structures, and any available information on labor exploitation or human rights concerns. If a supplier fails to meet expectations, we may require corrective action, suspend orders, or terminate the relationship. Our objective is not only to identify breaches but also to encourage meaningful improvement where remediation is possible.
Anyone who suspects a breach may use our confidential reporting channels to raise concerns without fear of retaliation. Reports may be made through management, human resources, compliance functions, or other internal escalation routes established for this purpose. We protect whistleblowers and prohibit victimization, intimidation, or disadvantage for raising a concern in good faith. All reports are treated seriously, assessed promptly, and investigated in a fair and proportionate manner.
Where concerns are substantiated, we take action aligned with the seriousness of the issue. This may include improving controls, retraining staff, conducting follow-up checks, notifying relevant stakeholders, or ending business relationships in cases of severe or repeated non-compliance. We expect our partners to cooperate with investigations and to support remediation efforts that address root causes. Our response is guided by the principle that prevention, correction, and accountability must work together.
Modern slavery prevention is an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time exercise. We review our policies, risk assessments, and control measures at least annually to ensure they remain effective and aligned with changing legal, operational, and supply chain risks. The review considers audit findings, incident trends, training completion, supplier performance, and any emerging vulnerabilities.
Where necessary, we update procedures and strengthen controls to reflect lessons learned.
Senior leadership oversees this statement and supports a culture in which human rights are respected and exploitation is never accepted. By maintaining clear standards, regular supplier audits, accessible reporting channels, and an annual review cycle, we reinforce our commitment to ethical practice. This statement reflects our determination to identify risks, prevent harm, and maintain a supply chain free from modern slavery and human trafficking.
